Our Commitment to Social Action
During the 2025 Founders Day Gala, the Social Action Committee of the New Orleans Alumnae Chapter will officially launch the “WE ARE THE 22" campaign—a powerful Call to Action to support our partner organizations, the ACLU of Louisiana and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. This initiative urges chapter members and the broader community to make financial contributions and stand in solidarity with these frontline organizations as they lead critical legal battles in response to actions that negatively impact our communities. Sorors and guests are asked to make these organizations part of their regular philanthropy. Together, we can make a lasting impact in the fight for justice and civil rights.
